the garden is the only place where I can quench my need to be creative. The challenge of finding just the right colors, textures, heights, shapes even fluidity is endlessly fascinating for me. Vermont’s long snowy winters are a much needed time to dream up garden plans for the coming year and reflect on what could be improved upon, expanded or replaced. The problem for me, is that, come April, I am ready to begin but often the weather does not comply.

Peculiar Posies brings spring to impatient flower lovers a bit earlier. We grow an uncommon selection of early blooming bulbs and perennials for cutting, for those of us who crave getting into our gardens, or just simply love the beauty of flowers.
